Welcome to the Phoenixville Healthcare Access Foundation. We were established in May of 2005 and Our Mission is to improve the health and quality of life in the greater Phoenixville Area by helping residents obtain the care they need. We are primarily funded by the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, (www.pchf1.org).
